It is a terrible phone. In 6 months, have the screen touch is not working. Absolutely not recommended. And it is very bad that it such a lousy phone has come from Nokia. Besides, I have been taking my battery out and putting it back so that I can get it to unlock! It is a pity that it has a good camera and sound quality.
two time i change touch screen and now my phone is dead.
i cant open it
There is no denying that this is a very good phone and is easy to use but it is let down very badly by the BL-4U BATTERY.
You will be lucky to get 2 days usage even with moderate use, this phone should have came with a longer life battery like the BL-6C.
Also the call quality is average and I can hear calls louder, better and clearer with my nokia 1112 !!!
Because of this, this phone is not worth buying and nokia could have done much better with this phone by providing a higher spec battery.
The fact that it has been discontinued by nokia is probably a good thing sadly.
This handset is a piece of junk. Touch screen packs up and it becomes useless. You cannot even put it back to factory settings. So if you want to get it working again you have to take it to back to some mobile phone techno-nerd for him to read all your messages, check out your contacts and drool over all your photos. This phone has ruined my life and I shall never purchase another or recommend any Nokia to anyone, unless I really don't like them. Microsoft are welcome to them. Total trash!

I buy this phone over a year ago from that day it causes no problem such as touch, call, hanging.
The only reason i hate this phone is because it has no wifi and a poor poor internet speed,
otherwise it a good phone for ordinary use, it fell from me 10 to 12 times but still everything works fine, touch is good,
decent battery timing,5mp camera fine result. Whatapp works. If u want it for ordinary use,
then go for it,..
My girlfriend bought me a nokia 300, 9 months ago for my birthday loved it to begin with but now the touchscreen does not work! I am very disappointed as I will have to invest in a new phone! would not recommend it to anyone!.
This is a really unique handset in that it has multiband 3G radios along with the 2G radios in tough non QWERTY keypad at a reasonable price point. It works really well for the intended use and our fleet users really like it. But Nokia can’t seem to market the ASHA 300 or its predecessor properly and sales fell and now it been discontinued - well done Nokia, another sad tale from a once great icon
