I use Nokia Asha 302 and the problem I have with it is that the internet and other built-in Nokia bookmarks clients display 'Conflicting applications. show items?' and when i click on it, it displays Nokia Express and it can't open I cannot browse the internet anymore PLEASE help contact me at renata_ramkissoon@yahoo.com

Any hanging/restarting prob u experienced on this device ?Of course.. Hang and restart problems cause by some apps using phone RAM intensively and wrong setting can make same problems too.
Eg : when i use emobi memoryup apps, my phone restart frequently. i remove it and do factory reset, it's back to normal.
Then, when i use opera mini mod and set cache to memory card. My phone oftenly hang and freeze when browsing. I set back cache to normal, problems gone.
And some phone theme with big size and flash wallpaper can make phone hang and restart to, that's way now i only use default themes.
Since i reflashing it with latest firmware 14.78 (on my region) via Phoenix, my phone stable until now...

1. If battery not drop, on 3G/3.5G mode about 12 hours, on GSM/EDGE mode 24 hours.
2. Depends on operator signal and browser. For opera mini it run fast.
3. Java apps absolutely working on this phone. For games, choose 320x240 screen size.
4. It more stable since i updated phone firmware to 14.78.
5. Phone screen quite clear and sharp. You can adjust screen brightness and font size on settings.

1.How is it battery?
I Use 3G and Wifi for net surfing, youtube, whatzapp,e mail etc.How many hours can i use it in 3G/wifi continuously ?also in edge network?
2.how is browsing on this device?good or sluggish?
3.How much application and games available for this platform.Will java apps/games work on this device?
4.Is their any frequent hanging/restarting problem present?
5.How is screen clarity and text readability?

i have the asha 302 it's awesome, fast, smooth, great keyboard and fun texting...
the bad is that it isn't multitasking and old operating system s40

Does Asha 302 supports Hotmail. I was using E5, which suddenly stops updating Hotmail.

it's simply very good h/set. i am using from last one year not a single error or issue found. i am fully satisfied with their performance.

latison, 27 Jul 2013I downdloaded wechat on A 302 but it didn't work , is asha 302 doesn't support we chat pls hel... moreyes, true. it cannot dwnload apps like viber, wechat or any of these. total waste. supports only whatsapp.

If your phone have no problems, there's no need to firmware update.
Latest firmware not always good and just add more junk apps in it.
