This phone locks automatically after few seconds. I cannot disable this. I really hate this feature - so annoying. This is the worst nokia phone I ever had. No wonder why Nokia has been surpassed bother brands like Samsung and Iphone. I will never but Nokia again!!!

MINS, 26 Mar 2014my all phone files are empty and still it shows phone memory full,and because of this i am not... moreGo setting>Sync & backup.Create backup for contacts Empty your phone's phone memory by moving all things to memory card. Go Settings>restore factory setting. click it. it will ask for security code. key in security code (Factory default is 12345).
Now you will get option as Settings and all. Select all. Now wait till phone restarts.Then phone will ask for language,date,time,time zone. key all information. You are done. But check memory by going into Files>3 horizontal line in upper left corner.
