Very, Very bad vedio quality and it doesn't support MP4 format file. It shows " vedio quality is too high, only audio can be played "

i had enough and more probs with unit.
when i install dual sim and power on a white screen comes and goes off.when i keep on triyng and waste about 30mints or more it gets started.some days i have tried 30 -40 tries.
i was really struggling with this.
It came to a situ doesn't start at ll. i took it to Nokia customer care, they charged 500/= for re-installation of the software. still the problem exists.
