nida, 31 Dec 2013How can I erase my personal data from internal memory of the phone,??Go to setting >restore factory setting and then select all, it will ask for pin enter 12345. Dont swich your phone off wait until the phone is done.

The phone does not play music for 40 hours as claimed, I bought it last week and it can play music for only 6 hours when fully charged. Nokia is lying. The touch pad is not that sensitive especially on Whatsapp and other social medias

Anonymous, 30 Nov 2013I have forgotten my phone password which was set by me for which i cant reset my phone nd yes ... moreInsert sim, turn phone on and press vol up(arrow keys) for 3 seconds, should say pin code. Press C,then press * message should flash, press * again and 04*pin*pin*pin# \
*#7328748263373738# resets security code.
