NOKIA Asha 306 Story !!!!!
My Email to Nokia support on 11-Sep-2012
I purchase Nokia Asha 306 on 13-Aug-12 for my wife. On same day it screen give problem I go back to retailer and he replace the handset with new one.
...On 30-Aug-12 set display blank and on 31-Aug-12 I have submitted the set at your customer service at Siddiq trade center.
After submitting the set I suppose to get sms in 2 days with the status of my set. NO sms from Nokia.
I call on 04-sep-12 at your UAN number and they inform me to wait 2 more days.
On 06-Sep-12 when I call they say 1 more day they require and I will get the sms with the status.
0n 08-Sep-12 I call and speak to supervisor as CSR given me run around. supervisor inform me set is repaired on Friday and collect from center. I inform him that I did not receive sms and his reply this is due to there sms server issue and its a ongoing issue which their customer facing.
I collect the set but on 09-sep-12 morning same issue and submit it again at your center on 10-sep-12.
I am writing this long email because of above experience and new set which I purchase and for last15 days it with your customer team and not sure this time they able to fix said issue.
What a response I received from Nokia which did not answer all my inquiry. Today I call Nokia service center and they said 'set sent to factor and check status after 22-Sep-12'.
Nokia reply on 12-sep-12 'Dear Mr Kashif,
Thank you for emailing Nokia Careline.
In response to your message, Kindly note that your device is still in mentinence & you're kindly asked to call us after 2 days in order to check its repair status on the following number : 11-11 66542.
Time: 10:00 AM To 07:00 PM (local time).
Working Days: Monday - Saturday.
And here is the reference number for your inquiry that would help us follow up on your case. Kindly provide us with this No. to be able to help you better.

1.Please advise me if what is the problem? I buy Nokia Asha 306 last month but i don't know what is the problem because the battery is full charge and then after...a couple of time when i check it turns to 3 bars and after a minute i check it full charge again at back to 3 bars? please help me what is the problem of this? thank you>
