i have bought this phone 3 days ago. so far i haven't encoynter any problems yet aside from the poor canera quality (2mp)but all in all im enjoying this phone ryt now. :) hope i answer some of your questions :)

Lolz, 22 Jul 2012S40 is not android. Its running good on 32Mb RAM, not need 512Mb Ram to run smooth. Its a si... mores40 running good on 64 mb ram !

Its a simple feature phone, not a smartphone.
