Nokia Asha 311 - user opinions and reviews

I have a Nokia 311 sins yesterday my right hand button on the front stopped working I need to take the battery out to end a confersation or turn it of on the rigt hand side of the phone.
At is under 2 years old does Nokia have a 2 year worrenty on the phone.
Even if the retailer won't give it? I paid it right out and have not got a contracket as I pay as I go ,could you please help or send me in the rigt direction.
As I don't want to buy a new phone as the retailer suggested.

Anonymous, 09 Oct 2014It has 1 yr. Warranty why dont you complain it in the store,where you bought it?i repaired the phone 2 times but does not get satisfied, plz guys don't waste your money on it! because it hangs too much! when 3g is active the battery backup will reduce considerably!!!
also if you are downloading something in 3g mode you will get only 100-120kbps speed, after sometime nokia 311 gets heated too much, please don't buy.

Excellent mobile buddies. No hanging problem, excellent camera. Mainly awesome battery backup. Fast internet. (Nokia is the only mobile to provide such an excellent service like fast net) It supports 3G. It is best to compare Cheap Samsung mobiles

lali, 13 Sep 2014i have no any issue on this phone bcoz i m using it carefully ya.....it's better when we use it carefully. i'm using it from 2 1/2 years..i like it very much. it will be a definite friendlyphone if u treat it like a fav peace.
