I hate this phone. It deletes contacts--you cannot text--it rarely manages to connect to a network--you cannot add info to contact listings. In short, it is absolutely the worst phone I've ever had. I will never ever buy a Nokia again.

I'm nokia 311 user, with V 07.36 16-05-13 RM-714 (c)Nokia firmware,after updating firmware :
- 311 can't play the radio if headset/earphone is plugged, then when music/video is playing there is no sound out, it'll run well if headshet/earphone unplugged
- Internet connectiom can't run waell when open many tabs and should be turned data off and theen turn it on again to get better connection, however nokia C1 always has good connection when opening many tabs.
- many times failed when installing aplication and should try over and over
It's very bothering me and really hope nokia can fix it( updating the latest firmware)sooner

nokia asha 311 is not a wel developed handset,with me my another 2 frnds are facing same problem,sim card not supportable,nokia care said it cost rs.2500/-its not fare...
