to perform a hard reset by typing *#7370# into the keypad. please remember to backup your device on nokia suite

Asha 311 should be with the calling buttons like 305 & 306.
That looks classy.
Many small-small things are missing which I had in 5233 but I miss them here in 311.
Multi tasking is the main drawback of 311 else this is a great phone & value for money.

The phone sometimes restarts itself
But overall in this budget seems to be a good phone for a beginner like me!

And... moreeven today there is no proper definition for a SMARTPHONE,anyway about Asha 311 there is no doubt,in general terms it is a very smartphone but TECHNICALLY it dont ows such smart features to make it a smartphone.
