my asha 311 has hanged several times. but when it hanged yest, the touch screen stopped responding. i tried everything to restore the phone but it didnt work. i had to take my phone to nokia care centre and they re-installed the phone software. I lost all my phone memory data. Also an update is available (v3.90) but devices with product code mn_059F7M6 wont update. This is ridiculous. really disappointed with this product. Nokia, stop making bull sh*t devices. Just adopt android and windows phone (like samsung) if you are incapable of making quality software anymore. I am most certainly going to swtich over.

plz can any ASHA 311 user can tell me about its Corning Gorilla Glass.Does it really have Gorilla Glass and can we feel a real difference in terms of scratches dat a fon's screen gets when fone kept in pocket together with keys or coins.Scrathes on screen is a real problem for touch fons without corning gorilla glass.I m wiating plz.
