anonymous, 06 Jul 2012Will This Phone Support Apps Like Talking Cat ? I Know Not Devloped for s40 but maybe someone... moreTalking cat is already available for S40. It is available in Nokia Store. I am using it in my Asha 303. It's function is same like android phone. But the cat looks is not same as the android version. Also don't worry about Apps. Nokia created new SDK and API for Touch S40, which will be easy for the developers to port their apps from Android.
Phone Battery is not upto the mark, They Need to concentrate on other operating Systems which Include Android and meego
Does this phone view/edit office files? Can we view pdf files? nokia's site, i found GPS is enable in this phone. But, in our site it states there's no GPS. Which is to be fallowed?

AnonD-51487, 03 Jul 2012How can the ancient S40 platform have anything associated to it that is 'revolutionary'? No, i... moreAsha S40 may be called a ‘revolutionary’ product because it differs vastly from old s40 and it has everything that a smartphone os has, sans multi-tasking, yet has a small footprint, do not eat up battery, and is low cost. It is as near to a smartphone os as it can be. In future, the difference will come down more, and the user experience will be almost similar. It definitely would be much much better than entry- or mid- level droids.
I think people would stop griping if Nokia would have given this os a new fancy name.
