My nokia 311 is always jamming now I can't touch or dial, what's the problem how can I get it fixed coz I love it.

Nokia Asha 311 is Smart Feature phone... This was my first smartphone..... I used it approx 2years..... This was a grt phone... Currently m using Lumia 540dual. this is also a great phone

Did you get any responses to your question?
I'm facing the same problem with my Nokia 311. When phone is turned on with sim card in place, it turns off, but phone stays on if there's no sim card inside. Someone said that phone should be flashed, but I don't think this applies to this phone because it's a GSM phone. I suspect it could be a battery problem.
