Was happy with the phone initially, a cute budget phone .
Unfortunately though the Nokia service centre let me down when I had an issue with the touch functionality.
Now touch doesn't work and it is ready to be binned.

If u forget the security code, then download nokia service suite(NSS) on ur pc. And google follow the instructions to know the security code.

My phone have some problem. 1. phone disconnected from user end but still live from other end. This increase my bill.Why it happening. 2. I hear the voice from other end but my voice does not reach to the other end.3 This happens generally when it is on roaming. Please reply.

i used it over one year,awesome touch.about 15days i used 2g network,hanging problem solved.happy with 311
