Nokia is still the best among low priced mobile phones. No other batt can withstand the batt life of nokia's. Durablity is at its best. I still prefer nokia.

Hey Nokia you have to grow up, if you want to make dual Sim phone, then you need to do lot of home work.. cuz the Chinese phones with dual Sim have already taking the market.. If you want to compete then you have to bring out something better

he guys plz don't go for Nokia C1-00 it is a dual sim phone but it is not dual sim stand by phone its mean one phone is active and other is dead u have to swap between sim 1 and sim 2 .... just like double sim jacket.... so don't go for it....

I buy this on 19-10-2010.
C1-00 keypad made from rubber but hard like plastic. There is no center button D-pad.
I dont mind the 2sim but single active debate. I buy this because it got most powerful battery in entry level phone. I use this as spare phone and mostly for sms.
Standby/sleep mode screen is blank. Actualy it is not complitly blank. Look deeply You will see the clock-date and missed call/sms.
If the keypad is locked, just press the red button and the screen will on showing the clock-date and any missed call/sms. Interesting.
In standby/sleep mode and keypad locked, only left softkey and red botton can turn on the screen. Vamos.
Call
on board:
3 games= bounce, sudoku, forbidden treasures.
5 ringtone composer.
10 reminder.
250 sms, 500 contact
Sms can be send later on.
Radio use head set.
flash light, its very good feature.
Cant ask for more.

This not good because this not on time both sim, you must off one sim instead of other sim when you want to on it.

its only dual sim holder not dual sim mobile....
u can only switch between two sims...
both sim are not working at a same time....
only one sim works at a time.......
that 3rd class china mobiles are far better den ur c100......

I would like to ask a question. Why people expect this model should be comparable to others? Well, if Nokia could give dual standby that would be better. I have used high end phones and the basic ones too. My experience is if the handset is basic it would be problem free. Not too many features, not too many problems. I am a travelling sales person. Yes I keep two sims. One number is circulated among business, personal contact and friends. the other one is limited only to family and close friends. I keep the regular one on generally. Whenever, I want to stay out of the routine and just be myself, I start the second sim. That way I always be in touch with family and close friends and generally in touch with business contacts.
Hence, I find this just right for people like me. Moreover, unlike in chinese sets you do not have to worry about the battery life.
