Saqi, 23 Nov 2014my nokia C1-01 He not show the contant number what i do for him and says that operation FailedCreate a backup from setting > backup and and sync > create backup > mark (setting and contact) > done.
Now go to memory card > backup files > backup000 > restore. Ok.

By restoring all in settings will delete all virus and bad effects your default security code is 12345 or 1234
go to menu>settings and then restore all enter your security code if you did not changed it use default security code and yes all quistions that phone asks but your apps and multimedia files that are stored in phone memory will be deleted so move all your data from phone to memory card and then restore your all settings and move them back to phone your virus and bad effects on phone are deleted enjoy your new phone and new software of phone

shiva, 26 Jun 2014I am using from 3years till now no coming any problum superb phone downloading speed (25-35)kbpsC1-01 is actually edge enabled phone and the speed is much more than what you are telling(subject to operator).It is actually edge class 6 only nokia site tells the fact.
