Nishika, 15 Jul 2014Please tell how to delete the messages from inbox and sent items. I have deleted the messages ... moreIts always ask for the password. It does'nt matter either you set or not the password for back up. If you never reset the password then simply enter 12345.

Please tell how to delete the messages from inbox and sent items. I have deleted the messages from inbox and a sent item but still it is exists in backup data. When I click on clear those it asks me to put the code. I have never set the code to enable backup. Please help me to clear the entire message.

Why?Since i bought my nokia i havet not having proble with my ovi life tools appllication but now when i off my phone and on it back my life tools appllication we disapear from my phone there a time i will on the phone i will see it but when i want to open it will be writing that my APPLICATION IS NOT FOUND AND IS BEEN DOING IT TIIL NOW it has disappeared in my phone menu now please help me i am your friend.
