Everytime i open a message in my nokia c1-01 it will automatically turned off? This is the first time for almost 2 years of usage please help!!

Best phone i ever used. Since 2011 till date, am still using the phone. To me, this one ok Nokia's strongest phones.

The unbeatable phone under java 2.0 . I used over 4 years.still i have no issue. I didnt change the battery . I can use upto 7hrs in browsing.music upto 1day.!but one issue "it didnt support whatsapp!"glorious!
But NOKIA can improve the camera pixels and display resolution and support "whatsapp"
