Very bad phone and touch not working after 3 month

1 bought Nokia C2 03 in Oct 2011.It is stylish,beautiful &is handy design.I,m operating the set successfully since purchase.Touch screen problem started after 7 months which was repaired with in 5 minutes.Do not expect every function from this set.

whatever problems have been highlighted by the people are true so please dont buy this set,i think it is nokia's worst set.it has lots of hanging problem,you can't use youtube.
its very bad phone..... it gets struck very oftentimes.cant open maps, memory is very low, have to delete all msges,touch screen is poor, but its comfortable to hold, design is good

I bought Nokia C2-03 on last year. Then after 7 months, touch screen didnt work. I contacted Nokia care and they replaced it in half an hour. Then with in a month, touch screen failed and didnt work. So i approached them, and they said it will take 10 days to replace it. After a week, i called them for phone status. But they gave a very poor reply. And they suggested me to wait for 15 days. And the way she replied is not in proper manner. she didnt even know how to treat a customer.
