Every application I download on it it work through wifi how do I make it without wifi because I have to be home to use the otherwise they don't open

does nokia c3 get virus??
because my phone nokia c3 get formatted, it means that all of the saved files in my phone was erased!
like the opera mini, inbox folder, the ovi browser, communities, world clock, and many more!!! =(
