Please friends..,help me on how to set my wi-fi manually??? ,and can this phone perfom mult task and how do you dp thay?????also sometimes it cant play mp4 files what is the problem???help me please!!!!!!!

does nokia c3 get virus??
because my phone nokia c3 get formatted, it means that all of the saved files in my phone was erased!
like the opera mini, inbox folder, the ovi browser, communities, world clock, and many more!!! =(
what should i do?, plz help...
