Every phone has it cos and pros and this low end phone does what it should meant to be.. What most matter is that I dont worry if I lost it..

Common problem I encounter and what they usually bragging and my intervention..
1. Long hours of charging of C3
- change your charger.. The charger comes with it is the main reason why it charge too long..
2. Wifi connection
- check your configuration setting use the default.. Or better Ask for connection everytime you connect..
3. S40 OS
- I dont think its aproblem. If you prefer a better OS for apps and editing docs.. then go buy notebook or laptop..
4. Youtube flash format video
- it could play youtube try it!
And of course it could play videos and music.. You better have a lot room for storage.. But believe me you dont buy this phone for entertainment coz its not meant to be a substitute for ipod!
5. 2mp Camera
- again, it not meant to be an alternative for your camera.. Go buy digital camera so you will not complain for its features and battery life..
6. Metal look plastic cover..
- buy a screen protector so it wont get scratch..
7. Slow processing
- its an S40 device and it does what it should be..
8. Glitches in opening apps
- wait for the next update or patch.. Just keep posted..
Stop bragging about how the device crap instead do something about it...

I bought my C3 @ abenson around 6k.. Currently I don't experience any hanging problem, wifi is good I surf the net most of the time I had been using yotube lately it doesn't buff at all.. It just keeps playing.. I prefer using Opera mini but after I update my software to it's newest updates which is v7.20 I found some glitches, I can't open the Mail Apps anymore, and I cant open other apps that I installed before the updates.. So I think it's better to wait for the next update to fix these up..
Btw I downloaded the new version of Opera mini the one that Smart sponsored and it's great than the one alreday installed.
The communities run smoothly after the updates and the conversation sms looks sharp.. I love the threaded sms.. And the qwerty texting..
I hope they will add facebook chat @ the next updates coz im longing to use all the chat available since Im always online almost everyday..
Overall I recommend it. Its a good phone. This is the reason why we need a phone.. It does for what it should meant to be..

I kinda like the phone although im still choosing between this and e5.its a lot cheaper and in my price range compared to e5.
our mall here in AC is offering it at Php6000 w/ 2GB and a complete set.maybe ill just get this one....

my boyfriend bought this phone for the price of Php7,499 just last September 6, 2010 @ the Mall of Asia-NOKIA Center and gave this to me.
within 2 weeks that I'm using it, i already encountered some problems on using this phone...such as robotic/irritating noise everytime i have a call, loosing signal most of the time, and MMS messaging isn't that accessible.
I went back to the store to make it fixed just 2nd day last month, and they did fixed it after 1 day.
after 1 week of using it, i just discover that the earphones aren't working everytime i tried to listen to the radio for 1 week, but now it's working fine.
i had the irritating sound problem again last two weeks, and again it's 3 days now that I can't speak to my boyfriend everytime he calls me...because of the major problem i'm having w/ this phone
it's made from China, unlike the NOKIA phones I bought before w/c are made in Finland.
So I decided to make a phone swap, but they message me that they don't allow swapping...nistead they will fix it or forward it to the motherboard so they will be the 1 to decide for it, since it's under 1 year warranty still.
Why is it like this?

It has been 2 weeks since i bought myself a Nokia C3 and boy did I make a nice choice. (mine is made in ROMANIA)
Positive things:
-excellent battery life
-excellent typing
-wi-fi works like a charm
-good signal strength
Negative things:
-it takes aprox. 3 hours to charge
-shiny plastic from witch the cover is made can be easily scratched.
It does exactly what a phone is ment to do (for this price).
GO FOR IT!!!
