guys i need 2 knw abt its camera quality n battery backup....the comments are confusing!

It takes too much time to charge,manytimes it automatically switch off.Moreover,camera,sound quality isn't good.OPERA is 4.2 version build in,unable to update to other version.And other version not download.Very bad.........

This set has cool features like wifi, qwerty keyboard and etc, but lil expensive, here in pakistan its cost is 11000 rupees not worthy , still has to come down its price...then i will buy this fone...

Replace the orginal 350Mah Nokia charger with the orginal Nokia 890MAh charger instead. Then using the more powerful 890mAh Nokia charger, my C3 takes about 120-140 minutes to charge från 1 red bar to max.

Shalu, 21 Nov 2010I am thinking to buy this phone, but after reading the opinions here, i doubt its a good phone... more1: The battery-time is far superior compared to modern touchscreen-phones. 2: Camera is OK for a 2MP fixfocus. 3: About the sound - read the GSMArena review on C3. Both ringsignal and talk-quality are above average. 4: The keypaded letters are greyish or faded - not fading. Stop worrying.

I am thinking to buy this phone, but after reading the opinions here, i doubt its a good phone..i am confused, so please let me know about its
1. battery backup
2. camera.. whether its quality is similar to other nokia 2mp camera phones or poorer..???
3. its sound
4. keypad..i read here that letters/symbols on the buttons are fading with use. Is it true..??

If so, I would recommend you to keep factory screen-protector on as long as possible, and complement it with "Emartbuy Nokia C3 Textured Silicon" (google it) for only £1.75. Available in black as well.
The phone-design is very nice, but its slanted sides does leave the screen sligtly more unprotected for scratches comparing to other phone-models.

That correct - but also notice that the keypad backlight automatically kicks in whenever you push any button. So the contrast gets more noticeable as soon as you decides to type anything. You dont see that on a chain-store dummy-phone.
