Because as far as i know this phone supports only imap and pop3, no mail for exchange.

Does it have flash?neha click on ovi store and in suggested application there is a ebuddy messenger. just install it and create a account on it. u can combine all ur messenger like gtalk msn yahoo fb all togethe and chat. and that messenger is lot faster than the in built messengers.
