C3 is not dual sim, neither does it have flash. But the camera ualityis really good, considering that it is only equipped with a 2MP camera.
As for the Japan usage, I'm not sure. Diba if it's like that, you have to open its line para kayanin ng sims sa Japan? Contact nokia service centers :D

anyway, does anybody know why i can't delete photos automatically after shooting? usually it takes a couple of minutes before the delete option can be used..

jyoti, 14 Sep 2010it has dual sim or not? is there is any dual sim phone with qwerty key boardu should go for micromax Q7 or Q5.. they are dual sim with almost same features of c3 but cheaper price. and the best part is they are available in the market
