I've just bought a pair of Nokia C3 at C3 lauching early June 2010. the nokia mail & chat works well. my comment is best for it's price value.

This fone's more like a messenger phone for students with tight budget but loves social networking.. dont expect too much considering the given price tag.. Still, one cool fone though. :)

It is an s40 phone. And there are no programs available in the market for those kinds of files. If you would want to, you could try using Google docs. I;m not sure if it would work on the phone though.
