First of all, let me say that people complain WAY too much about everything when it comes to mobile phones. It IS a phone, which means it IS technology. You cannot expect it to work 100% and complain about a few things -- that is the downfall with becoming a technologically advanced society. Anyways...
People complain about how the phone always shuts off. I will admit though, the phone shuts off randomly, but for me, its not all the time. I've had the phone for maybe 6 months so far, and it has shut off randomly only about 4 times. (My other phone did that too a few days after I got it.. Nothing big to me)
People complain about the battery and how it is weak. Not mine. I dont know what you people are doing on your phone but mine is GREAT. I play games and listen to music for hours and the battery life is still amazing. Maybe if you are using wifi for over an hour it will die out quickly, but regular stuff keeps the battery going like an Energizer bunny.
People complain about the camera. There is camera and video recording -- It is decent. There is no limitation on recording time, granted you have a high memory chip. I've heard complaints about the quality, but in my opinion, it is not that bad. I've had worse. My last phone only had 15secs of recording max, so I do not complain.
The only thing I will complain OPENLY about is the wifi (if you choose to use it). Despite it being compatible 802.11 g/n, the phone is not made for the internet. Unless you plan on doing something super quick, on a site that has mobile view, DO NOT attempt because the images on the site will barely show up. Furthermore, even with wifi, it still goes pretty slow. If you are using your phone's actual internet service, FORGET ABOUT IT. It doesn't have 3G so its super slow (well I've read -- I've only used the wifi).
Other than that, I am a true fan of the phone, and it was cheap. Good phone for a good price (I paid 79.99 prepaid, and got 10$ free from the service provider).
Also, a slight thing that bothers me is that you cannot delete pre-installed apps or games/game demos. But whatever, free is better than nothing right?
P.S.: Does anyone else find it odd that there is a "Hi5" app on the phone? Where I live, Hi5 died out in 2006 lmao...

i've been using C3 since two year! And the phone totally sucks.
First of all symbian's not great, secondly battery backup's not impressive either.
I've encountered a problem to which their's no solution.
Phone switches off on its own and i need to take out the battery and put it back again, so that it works fine. It happens even if the battery is fully charged. It might irritate you in every 2 mins. Ask me about it!
Thing is i'm not the only one with this problem. There are many people over internet posting this problem and it seems its a hardware issue. Some issue with the motherboard. Which means, nothing can be done about it unless Nokia replaces your motherboard or something.
So the bottom line is, DON'T BUY NOKIA C3.
I'm strugling; i wish to inform others so that they dont bang their head like i've been doing.

Cant read memorycard anymore!!hey...try to reformat your memory card...or restore to factory settings your phone..or else try to update your firmware...
You can also flash your phone using phoenix service software.....hope it solves your problem.....
