For a Symbian S40 phone it's good.
It's pretty narrow to a smartphone and usually has a fair price for what it offers - internet connection, easy access to twitter, orkut and facebook.
The chromed parts are weak and can lose color in a few months.

Good Phone. It really suits with the price. The Camera is not good enough. If there was a flash it would be better. Bluetooth,WLAN, GPRS features are good. There are few problems with connecting to the internet. In sum up C3-00 is a good phone.
