I loved this phone but the touch screen broke. Google c3-01 broken touch screen. It also has same touchscreen hardware as X3-02 and the touchscreen on that phone also broke. I owned 2 C3-01 and 1 X3-02. The C3-01 was better. It would be better if the camera had better software.
If your touch screen breaks and you have screen lock, just dial '000' and press red hang up (go back) Then enter your screen pin.
If only the touch screen was working like the lumina phones later on.

Never buy anything with Symbian in it, it's the worst thing that happened in the history of phones, it's inherently dumb and outstanding limited in terms of what you can do!

Anonymous, 02 Feb 2016Simply delete network data in Settings- configuration- default config. Sett.- deleteSimply dlete the settings given by company but remember settings(name) to use later...like vodafone live! In network options
