I echo everyone else. This phone sucks. On top of all the freezing and not getting notifications, the x to close ads is obscured resulting in you clicking the ad instead of the x. The phone also does not play nicely with my car. I own a 2018 Mazda and the bluetooth connectivity is an issue. I've already had Mazda update their software but the phone still doesn't stay connected. I used to think Nokia was a good brand. Their original phones were tough like a brick. This one deserves to be smashed with a brick.

Why not just retu... moreOh trust me my fiance and I would've but when I spoke to Nokia they told me they had an update being raised soon and it would fix that. Well since then two or three updates and still the same. Issue. 😭😭😭

I had mine replaced with the exact same phone because when I first got it, it was doing all kinds of strange things messages coming through as downloads my camera freezing my text messages not coming through I couldn't get phone calls I couldn't send text messages they were just freezing and other things that I can't even mention. I had it replaced through the warranty and this new phone is doing the exact same thing, the cameras freezing and my text messages are coming through as downloads this is absolutely ridiculous!!!

They just get you to send it in for another one and b4 you know it you are stuck with the phone. I have the same issue 10x over and I just got off a chat W Nokia. They told me they sold out since this phone came out and to contact Microsoft. What a JOKE. Nokia does not even claim this phone.

I have the same problem with the Nokia c5 freezing system not responding, shut off on me and I have only used 24% of storage space on this phone it shouldn't be doing these things . I think nokia should replace my phone free of charge

If you look at the signatures through some of the "reviews" here, you can see several from the very same person, just wording it differently or changing details such as where they bought the phone.
It's clear there's a bit of an organised campaign here to garner negative opinion of the phone, or Nokias phones/sales in the U.S. in general.
Another pro-American-brand campaign?

Why not just return the phone prior to the Cricket time frame, pay the small restocking fee and immediately move

The Nokia endi is a horrible phone. It continuously freezes. I have factory reset it, turned it off and on, let it die, and not charge it and then charged it while it was off, etc. I still freezes. It just updated, and the updates seems to have made it worst. Will never purchase a Nokia again, and I am about to go back to my old phone. It continues to so freeze and then says the system UI is not responding, or the app that I am using is not responding. It should not continuously crash. You don't have to worry about fixing any bugs for me. This phone is going back into the box. Money wasted.

I bought the Nokia C5 end from my cricket store. This is the worst phone. Consistently freezes. Locks me out says invalid password. When my pin is correct. Drops calls. If I use wifi calling I sound like a robot. And wifi connection is unstable on this device. Also I have gotten the phone replaced within the first week. Thought it was maybe just a problem with the first phone. But the second phone had the same problems. System UI stops responding. :(

If you did it contact... moreI have the same problem with the Nokia C5 it freezes and system stops responding and it shuts down when it wants to and customer support does not help with the issue at all nor do they tell you anything about the phone or offer a better model they just tell you to send it in . I have had this phone for 5 days it shouldn't need to be repaired.

Some person, 16 Aug 2020This phone freezes on me and restarts when it want to. I wasted 170.00 It may restart if you buy online phone made for other region or country. If you did it contact Nokia for support to fix the problem. I had same problem about six years ago

Cricket is my provider. This phone is the worst I have ever had by Far. I get "System UI stopped" messages on a regular basis. The camera freezes and becomes unresponsive, Text messages download only sometimes. System crashes, My lock screen pin code is never recognized, I have to reboot the phone to get it to work. Reported these issues to cricket within the 7 days that they give you to return the phone, They sent me to the manufacturer for a replacement phone. This now is the 2nd phone that is performing worse than the the first phone. This phone was not cheap. Waste of money.
