[deleted post]How come no-one else is having your problems..I think you dont know how to use a computer type dvice and still dont agree with the selling of smartfones to the general public..I get lots of calls and and questions about things that are common knowledge to a computer user..
THese smartfones should not be sold to normal people..THey do get clogged up but the biggest factor is if they get a dud they DONT take it back to shop..I have had many a faulty fone but my common sense tells me to take it back to where i bought it from..
We sell hundreds of these fones and had 2 faulty ones but 7.5 million hits and millions of sales proves your shop could have had a bad batch ..
For the love of god why do they sell smartfones to normobs???? I have had probs but got knowledge to sort it out but normobs dont..

Anonymous, 28 Jul 2011a malfunctining occured only after 12 hour used,repared it by nokia care center after a month,... moreNo. It never get extended even if they take a whole year to repair it.

hello Nokia care are you listening.I Purchased C6 02 days ago and it has stopped functioning.Almost whole of the day the hanging problems continues.Music player donot open and photos gallery also donot open.I am going to throw the set into fire.Help me if you can

I personally think SE Vivaz Pro is better than C-6. Since both phones are using the same Symbian platform, so performance is pretty much the same, but Vivaz Pro had much better processor (720 MHz) plus HD video recording.

This phone does not deliver!!!! I bought this phone December 2011 and Had to return it to Nokia Cust Care Centre to be fixed. The screen lock caused the phone to shut off and i would have to remove the battery to turn for it to come back on. Got it fixed, but this, its slow as snails. The screen keeps freezing up, and getting blank. WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PHONE. After 7 months with this phone i'm going to buy another one

it is a waste to buy this phone.. many good features, but equally bad number of bad aspects
buy a brick instead of this phone... atleast it will not get hung up so often
