The plot is that N... moreAre you talking about Mumbai? B'coz I heard the same thing. They are pushing the X6/N8 really hard over here. Only C6 dummy pieces are available on display.
However, one priority dealer told me that I could book the phone for Rs 2000, if I wanted it and it will come in 2-3 weeks.

The plot is that Nokia is not going to put this model in stores till Diwali is over.
Putting the C6 out now will kill the X6 and N8 sales.
Its not about bugs/hanging software, its simply about economics.

SatindeR, 26 Oct 2010my c6 hangs a lot. mine too hangs a lot, so i call nokia service center, they said i should soft reset then update it. so i try it but nothing happen. they told me that i should return the unit where i bought it and change it for a new one. so i did, i told the store what happen then they change my unit to a new one. now i have no problem with my unit, no hanging etc..

[deleted post]DO NOT BUY THE NOKIA C6, The phone turns its self off automnatically and wont turn back on until u take the battery out and put it back in. Save yourself the grief and dont buy it you can read all the reviews on the internet about the phone.

i bought c6 10 days ago and still using it extensively........there is no hanging problem till now may be due to my updated and patched version i.e 11.x..... yes one worry is there battery backup which is only 1 day....and other is that i am not very impressed with camera quality. other things were more than fine...

fren i m using c6 from last couple of days....since i bought it it get hangs n switches off itself..........bt it happen once or twice a day......n apart frm ths c6 is best ,,touch,,sound,,camera r better n qwality is awesme......it feel like on a laptop......n ya we cn use multiple app at a time........

Is C6 available in north delhi ? if yes, then
what is its best buy price ? i asked almost all priority dealers in
rohini,pitam pura,kohat enclave,ashok vihar... everybody says the price
is b/w 13000-13,300 but the handset is out of stock at this moment :(

I have, somehow, controlled the hanging problem by switching off wifi, when not in use.

Afterall thats the beauty of nokia phones. Nokia rocks buddy
