The Phone is really nice with all its specifications but the only bug and worst draw back is that the phone Freeze. I am surprised how the engineers didnt carried out any test before launching this product. The Updated patch is not available yet....

Rahul, 23 Oct 2010Hi pushpak its good that someone is keeping everyone positive regarding nokia sets. I think... morec6 is certainly good compared to n79 but wait till the hanging problem of c6 is resolved it has touchscreen keypad and comes at 13500 where as no one cares about n79 now a days it is like all regular phones so it your choice finally.

Jayanta, 23 Oct 2010actually, i had answered seikh, he said, that he wants to sale his phone. i think you should refrain from buying c6 in second hand the firsthand sets have enough problems as it is already so going for a secondhand c6 which will most probably be faulty will be a bad move wait till next shipment arrives.

But the only irritating thing is that the clear (C) key is placed in between the EXIT and CALL DISCONNECT (red) key. I press red accidently many times when composing new messages and it goes to DRAFTS.

The same is the case of MENU key.

I think this model is not sold anywhere (extinct). I bought it for Rs.13500 in UNIVERCELL (Tiruchengode, Naamakkal district TAMILNADU, South India) on last week of February 2010.

Earlier you replied about n97 but my concern is about n79. Please reply. Also if you are in touch with nokia guys then please tell when the next shipment is coming. Thanks in advance.

Goodday all! Please great people of the world help me to make a choice, I want to buy phone that will help me access any website, more importantly filling of forms online, like using it to access internet to the fullest. Please advice me on which phone to buy. But if you ask me the phone I have in mind it is Nokia C6, but is it flexible, smart, long lasting and have other quality features i mentioned? from western Africa. Thank you

and a a person named latos who is a employee of nokia and is on team working to solve the problem informed there so i am pretty sure it is genuine news

I just bought the set yesyerday (22-10-2010), went home, charged it and tried to switch on and astonoshingly the phn has switched on but there was no Screen!!! How pathetic it could be. Seems like I just throw a lot of cash into trash!!!
