All nokia touchscreen phones hangs like hell...
Take any of them.. Doesn't matter..
All have same symbian os...
Though we have to wait for the new line of touchscreen phones starting from nokia n8 which have the new and improved symbian 3 platform..
So if u can wait a little more, i would suggest wait for nokia C6-01..

I'm eying this c6 model and I'm planning to buy next week... does the phone work's nice and doesn't have any problem?14k is a lot of money for me and purchasing a new phone is my concern.so please, is there anyone who can suggest me if this phone is really good???thank you

Go to any Nokia Priority Dealer and tell them that I have talked on phone and they tell me to get the cell today from here....
Only then they will give you today as of bookings stock is there with them.

I just got this phone yesterday at Bangalore. This is a great phone, but it hangs a lot. It even hangs if you keep it idle!! This happens 8-10 times a day. And the worst part is that it heats up a lot when left in the hung state. Since this phone has no dedicated power key, the only way to recover from the hang is to unplug-replug the battery. I DO NOT recommend that anyone buy this phone.

Dear Friends,
I purchased this cell tomorrow @ Panchvati, Ahmedabad and made my name in top 10 first purchase in Ahmedabad.
This cell is really cool, Camera is good, good voice clartiy in call, nice touch screen, awesome video playback quality, nice performance overall...
The only bad thing is battery life is not good (only one day).

i bought this phone from nokia npt sector-15 faridabad but i am facing haging problem from today and i bought this phone after given 900 extra because his actual price is 13151 in delhi/ncr and npt are selling on higher my suggestion to all is compare this phone with samsung 1580i or samsung b5310 then only buy.

Noel Lionel, 30 Sep 2010hey guys can any1 tell me whats the difference in capacitive n resistive touchscreen..... i wn... moreResistive consist of two layers, and a conductive matrix is present in between them! So u need exert a lil' pressure, to cause touch.
Capacitive consist of a single layer which is coated with some conducting material, it works only when you touch it with some conductor, human beings are also conductive so a feather touch of bare finger is enough!
Note: non conductive things like covered finger with gloves, stylus cannot cause any touch in capacitives but its possible in resistives. :D
