Every one complaining about the battery backup.
I was almost buying off this handset. Thanks guys. Now I decided not to buy this flop model. Can anyone suggest me a similar mobile with good battery backup?

I am not sure whether it is release in mumbai, but from one of my friend i came to know that its available in Aplha -2 shope, Vile parle. It was for Rs. 14500. (2 weeks back). Just need to confirm whether they give with warranty pic, or its gray market product. Regarding its release in common market, now i have also got frustated. Waiting for long time .. :(

mantra, 07 Sep 2010is c6's battery really that bad? im planning to buy this unit but if there is really a problem... morebattery backup is depending on how often you use it,if you use wifi or 3g to b always online then battery ll b shutdown in aprox 4 hours.if you listen music in headphone it ll give you aprox 20 hours battery backup.for me battery is avrg like other phones depend on how u use it,only prob is after 40-50 mnts rough use its get hot.

superb battery backup". May be to fleece the customers
and lure them into buying this dodgy phone when it
arrives.

Atul Rahman, 06 Sep 2010... Yap I am also facing the same problem... Battary life is not good ... Though it has the sa... moreyou can off always online mode.... From ur home screen press Options->content to off line mode. Then it will not always update your FB and Mailbox and widget.... But still I am facing unsatisfactory battery life.... Poor.....

I was in a mobile store to buy a mobile then a nokia dealer come and ask to store owner how much c6 you need.then i ask them r they talking about nokia C6-00, they said yes,but it ll take some time to come in all stores.as i know this phone comes to India but now they r distributing it,when it ll available in every part of India then they ll officially announce it.if you know any main distributor you can get it now.

...um also using dis fone for almost 2 weeks n also got a firmware update...i haven't face any major pblm yet like hang or auto switch off except battery life. it lasts hardly a day, though i hv to talk a lot in my workplace and also use internet for at least 2 hours...and also the fone becomes hot after 30 mins of usage...is it a battery pblm??..can anyone plz tell me whether u'r facing da same..??...hw can i get rid of it..??

i am using this fone from past 4weeks and seriously features,camera quality all superb..a definate eye catcher....
But the battery backup is so damn poor....

... Yap I am also facing the same problem... Battary life is not good ... Though it has the same 1200Mah battary of Nokia N8... I think the continuous Fb,email and other widget update is the main culprit for this low battary support. In my case it lasts as much as 1day after moderate use of 3Hrs talk, 15 sms, 2hr net browse, 30 min music , 30 min mobile handling. What about you? I have lowered down display contrast and sometimes keep off internet... It increases battary life considerably

dear all, I am using this phone for 1.5 week. Phones features and quality is superb.
But I found a serious problem of this phone. Very poor battery backup. If any one using this phone please share your experience. Does any one feel same problem like this.... Pls response.....
