Maby not the first versions but the newest with updates have 3.5 G Actually there are not that many difference between 5800 and x6 as you would think. Differences are: Different kind of touchchreens, x6 has 5mp camera 5800 3.2 mp camera. Also x6 32 gb memory no memorycard slot. 5800 memorycard slot for 16gb. There are no other differences. But there is price 5800 around 220 euros. x6around 440 euros. So I would go for 5800.

c6 user, 09 Aug 2010Really disappointed. Touch screen, resistive, not at all responsive. Hangs atleast twice a day... moreHonestly I am so sick of ppl complaining about resistive screens and especially constantly criticizing Nokia for using the resistive technology. There's nothing wrong with resistive screens. I think they work just fine. capacitive screens are "more sensitive" and I think sometimes they're too sensitive and they can be easily cleaned with out accidental input but they don't have some the advantages of a resistive screen like handwriting recognition,being able to use the screen while wearing gloves and also you finger nails....if u have any.Plus resistive screens have a life span of 5 years as opposed to Capacitive screen's 2 year life span.
Both technologies are fine and they both have advantages as well as disadvantages. Its good to always have a choice and thats what Nokia is beginning to offer (e.g X6 and N8 have capacitive screens). I don't think they should ever enable all their touch screen devices with capacitive technology. A mixture of both technologies is a much better decision.

Having used my C6 for a couple of weeks I can say i'm pretty disappointed.
The whole unboxing experience felt like I had purchased some cut-price Chinese gadget, with cheap packaging, awful 7€ headphones, a plasticky feel to the device, with camera/keylock buttons that are so loose that they rattle when you shake the mobile.
They even cut the Micro USB cable length down to about 15cm, just to save a few more cents...
Another disappointment is that for god-knows-what reason, Nokia have ignored the perfectly good Micro-USB connection on the top, and have chosen to ONLY allow charging via the charger cable, meaning I have to carry a charger with me everywhere.
General feel is a cut-price phone where all expenses have been spared. Now I really I wish I had purchased a HTC, instead of wasting another few hundred €uros just to protect my 'investment' in registered Symbian Apps.

[deleted post]I think 5800 is better than x6 or c6. C6 has worst sound in the 3. X6 is not durable due to its build quality. 5800 after 2 years of release getting firmware updates. So i am also buying a 5800

IMHO. This is a more logical choice than the over-priced N97 Mini. With only the non critical differences : no 8GB internal memory, which can easily replaced with a cheap 16GB micro SD; a single LED flash vs double LED flash.

C6 poor audio,not cpcitive,poor retail package.
