This is launched in India to compete directly with Samsung Corby Pro ... I am sure this will sell like hot cakes there....I might grab one aswell ... I am not too sure if this phone is sturdy enough though .. any ways lets wait it out and see.
C5 wont be released in India any time soon, as a large number of nokia's java s40 phones still sell at prices above 8500 RS. Nokia wouldn't want to loose out on the sale of those .. esp nokia 6700..
I heard that C6 is availiable in India from next week, is it true.....
I was about to purchase E63 and after seeing this phone have changed my mind. Would like to go for C6. Kindly let me know whether C6 has good options than E63 and comparing it with E71/72
phonelover, 27 Apr 2010why nokia make so many n97?because of popularity of N97 that made nokia wanted to made this phone...
even so, nokia still want to spend the remaining stock of old technology which they bought...
Is that possible to type messages by using touch screen or the only way to use qwerty keyboard to do?
nokia India site still shows this phone under 'coming soon' category... might take some time to hit the stores
Wow. It is launched in India. Check out the Nokia India site and check out any tech news. It is Rs 13000/- in India.
phonelover, 27 Apr 2010why nokia make so many n97?because the QWERTY keyboard of the original N97 only good for typing when you put the phone on the table or when standing up.
the C6 style (or N900) where is no good if you put the phone on the table, it's good to type when lying on bed. which is what most of people want it.
phonelover, 27 Apr 2010why nokia make so many n97?for them to impress many people...
I have a question some of us might be wondering. I am not sure how it worked on the N97 but can you still use the touchscreen qwerty keyboard if we don't want to use the slide out keyboard?
This looks like a hybrid of the N97 and N900. Why does Nokia constantly use out dated processors and resistive TFT screens. Nokia constantly recycle old tech and cases until its totally dead, and I don’t understand why people buy into this??! It’s like Nokia are taking the piss out of their fan base. I don’t know which one’s worse, Apple or Nokia(!)
In India this phone has launched with an internal memory of 200MB according to nokia.co.in.
Nokia has indeed launched three new qwerty devices. But its not clear if they are available to consumers immediately...
