after hackin your phone with norton and deleted for phased your Ovi will no longer open again this is what happen to my phone after hackin mean while all things works as of now

Use Sis Editor to install winrar

Go to settings,phone,phone management,factory settings and do "delete data and restore". It solved my restarting problem. I had the problem since I updated to symbyan anna. Found the selution on a Nokia website. Now I love the phone again.

I downloaded three files and tried to install but the phone keeps on saying they are not compatible with C7. Could you please post a link to the working winrar file. Thanks

Sampras, 12 Dec 2011Can anybdy in da haus help me? My c7 can't display videos in .mkv format but only give audios ... moreSampras bro... You must convert the .mkv movie to 720p to view it in your mobile. Remember C7 supports 720p horizontal resolution (no more). If you have a hi-res movie, just convert it to 720p x 480 or something and it will play. I too faced a similar problem in the begining. I copied the .mkv movie directly from the DVD and it didnt play... just the sound played. If the movie is 1080p or 1280p it will not display. I use the Freemake Video Converter ... it is an excellent and Free program for converting almost any video to many different formats.
Remember 720p horizontal resolution.

I've had this phone for 10 months now and it is been a pain for me. it is always turns off when i make phone calls or just freeze. Plus the water marks on the screen. Also i can't download skype. once i download it my mob gets worse......simply if you think of buying Nokia C7...DO NOT...

Anonymous, 12 Dec 2011i dont realy knw? i'v re installed symbiam anna over again wit thoughts that i didnt update it... moreya it happened me too.i update anna and i have that water marks.i dont knw why.i think amoled born in that way.but its too bad.there is no any clear display.

I had mine changed the very second day after buying it. The problem was in the sound. My mobile and the receiver / caller (mobile / landline) all had very disturbing noise emitted from my mobile. Hardly anything was audiable. They diagnosed the problem and handed me a brand new C7... which is really good now.
So, I advise you to go ahead and do the same. Cheers!!! ... Well you know an ocassional faulty phone does come from the factory.
