AnonD-23327, 19 Oct 2011people should understand this the processor can never be increased by software update so c7 ha... moreThe actual CPU speed is 772 Mhz in Nokia C7. it has been downgraded to 680 Mhz. if it can be downclocked, it can surely be overclocked too. At least to 772 Mhz or 800 Mhz or Higher still .... maybe up to 1000 Mhz or more. I was reading a forum where this individual had overclocked his N8 cpu to 2000 Mhz. I think that's being a bit too overambitious, but nevertheless he says the potential is there.
On the downside, ... I think the overclocking is going to gobble up the battery power even faster.

its a very good bt has few drawbacks. Its battry life is nt upto the mark..
The camera has vry gud quality in it. Bt the video in night mode is vry slow u cant take gud video with it..

U r somewhat rt,bcz i hv faced the same problem when i handed over my n86 to other persons then they take pics without A/F them,thats y they bcame blurry a lil bit...bt wen pics r taken by me or any expert person they r much more clear n cryspy than C7 pics..u can take ful focus by A/f cameras by LANDSCAPE mode as well,while in C7 u cant take A/f mode. Anyway i luv c7 a lot..bt if nokia put A/f in c7/701 then they wud b the best camera phones.

AnonD-15537, 14 Oct 2011i agree with u...in Digital cameras Canon and Nikon are the best.im also planning to buy eithe... moreDr. Bidhan, the video in C7 is quite good and sufficient. It comes as a pleasant surprise. The digital zoom levels and video quality at max zoom are amazingly clear.
As for photography, the Nokia Camera Guru is quite right when he says "Full Focus" rather than autofocus is better for most users specially novices.
That means that the images will come out quite ok and not be blurred as with autofocus cameras. I guess he is quite right because when I hand my Canon camera to my wife or friends, a lot of their shots are blurry and unfocused. With autofocus one has to wait for the camera to focus in the right place and then click... whereas with Full Focus, one has to simply aim and shoot.
It's just BAD for close-ups
