hs, 25 Aug 2011hey there...is any1 facing battery problem? it drains very easily Haven't had battery issues, if you have email accounts synced to the phone change the email retreival time in settings from 'soonest' to another time like every 1hour.

symbian belle will be out after some months when they release nokia 710. latter people can enjoy it on c7 too. now enjoy anna update...

My wife has been having the Nokia C7 for past 8 months and it had a very annoying problem. It restarts automatically many times in a day. When I searched on the web, there were many people having this problem and they cited it as a hardware issue. I felt bad for having gifted my wife this problematic phone. Recently about a week back, I upgraded the C7 Symbian OS to Symbian Anna. Boy that did wonders. After the upgrade, the restarting problem vanished completely. I am so happy now. Anna OS really rocks.. I suggest all C7 users to upgrade to Anna if not done already. I am waiting for the belle OS upgrade!

the best thing about this phone is the camera, the screen freeze and the fact that whilst talking the device takes photos of your ear or the volume wanders up and down through fingers holding , shame cu apart from a couple of glitches it would be the best phone i had

Ahad, 25 Aug 2011is there any way to download ovi store applications to pc and then manually install them??yes that what i tried....download ovi suite to your pC then use the ovi store on it to open store on internet then download what you want through the pc from ovi site
i had astrange thing....when i open the SW applications i still find anna update 1,2 need to be downloaded although i did download them & intall them but this ANNA update is full of bugs till now

Anonymous, 25 Aug 2011you have to and must to update the 1 and 2 and the 2 of 2 If you want the best of anna.i already done this, but yesterday i made reset to factory settings, so i found that i still have Anna update on my cell but when i opened Software update icon i found that anna update 1& 2 have to be downloaded although i downloaded it in the 1st place even if i open device updates i found anna update installed

the wierd thing happened to me...my phone now is updated to ANNA...when i open the SW icon i get the same updates(ANNA 1,2) still remaining in the updates although i performed the update so i don't know what is this ?

who ever want to get the best of c7 should update to anna, i did it on mine and men! It rocks. Thanks Nokia. I had some people complain about the update but its Not true If you do it well. First use your computer to update to anna and make sure you have the latest ovi 1st, after that use your phone updater where you'll find the remaining 2 anna updater. All the updates are around 550 M. If you get less then your updates is Not complete and you'll be having bugs.

there is nothing new for all nokia devices. The same BUGS hahaha
even if you update your fone to the new software (anna), it will be the same. I bet there will be bugs again in symbian belle. NO DOUBT!

AnonD-3133, 24 Aug 2011well..the symbian Anna update failed to please me much.I would like to ask those who have alre... morehi...i tried..but I didnt face any problm as u mensiond. Performance wise anna is much better than symbian 3. But appaerance wise symbian lookz much cooler than anna.

spider, 24 Aug 2011Thank you guys.....after seeing all of ur discussion I diceded not to update my phone to Symbi... moreHi dude.. I had updated my c7 to symbian anna. Its superv.. Gprs work much faster in it. And almost all the feature got upgraded. Now it works much better. But the only demerit that I found was that symbian 3 hav a better appearnce than anna. But performance wise anna rockzzzzz..

for me nokia c7 is best because its slim and full of functions. n8 is bulky.even the new nokia 701 is not full of functions like c7, so better update it with anna and it will work even better, nokia releses updates for better never for worste...
