Good phone. Bought it last december. Had to stop using it in march because everytime I turned it on, it would hang. Because it would hang when you have a lot of messages. I still had more than half of the free memory. That's the only con. Now, Using it again. :D good battery life.

Battery backup is very very bad.......i hardly use 4-5 hours with power saving cz i like to do chat and my screen always remain on while chtng for 4-5 hours. Is that bad? Hehe.
Good side:
Touch screen works very good....fast reaponsive, just touch softly cz it is capacitive. U dnt have to pressure on touch like 5800. I can give 100% grntee that u will love its touch.
Very very slim and gorgeous. Ideal smart phone for everyday use. User can handle this phone with one hand.
Video quaity is very very good. Oh man...i hv tested it on my LED 22" monitor. Full screen with gr8 resltion nd with gr8 sound. I recorded 11 min video and the size was.......and the size of that HD video was 1 gb! OMG. If u share ur video with ur frnds or cousin on tv, I m sure no one can tell that it was recorded by this little slim phone.
This phone support multiple format for video playback like wmv, mp4, flv, 3gp, avi, divx etc.
Only symbian 3 smart phone that support NFC.....and i dnt know what is this. Hehe.....user who live in country like USA or UK may be familiar about it. Or see in wikipedia to know this.
HD game....omg this phone has also 3d chip like N8 so u can now play just awsome awsome game in ur 3.5 inch screen. Awsome graphics. HD game size is 80-160gb.
Support usb charging......nd usb on the go. USB On The Go means u can connect usb devices such as portable hard disk, pen drive, mouse, other phone, card reader with ur c7. Ideal for student.....just go to class and comnect ur frnds pendrive, and copy study files. No need to go to lab or bring laptop. Isnt dat awsome.I like that....even iphone and samsung galaxy series phn or tab didnt hv dat.
Latest bluetooth 3.0.....data transfr is very fast thn previous 2.0. You will enjoy it.
Can open and edit office files like word, excel, powerpoint etc. Adobe reader for pdf files.
With video editor u can cut and join video. Make video with ur photos.
I m tired.....dats enough.
Oh 4get to say the really very bad thing is that the camera is not autofocus.

That cable is about $12.....there is not enough supply of this cable in local market. That's why it cost more. You can buy this cable by ebay....there its price may be 8.....

I had the same problem as you I just bought my c7 a few days ago and the charger did not charge, I just firmly plugged in the charger, I also ise my old charger from my nokia e51 or any other nokia charger with the same connection.
They are a good phone you can also charge it with your USB connection via computer or any usb port device.
If your phone is not actually charging by the charger then just have it checked out from the store you bought it from.

i just own a nokia c7 phone for a month,already had problem with charging isuse the phone did not charged. first i though i had a bad circuit elctricity in my house but soon i found out the phone had a problem with a plug -in hole for charger was not engaged properly.can anyone tell me how can i use another method for charging my phone or should i return it for a better phone?
