i've recently bought a nokia c7 and i have a question about it. I've just noticed that it plays sound on only one side of the supposed two speakers when i accidently put my finger on it. Is it suppose to be like that or should i get it fixed???

I think its an amazing handset having amazing features. but I'm more satisfied with Nokia N8...... :)

yup nice mobile but better to go wid nokia n8 bcoz of its more camera and music clarity.

I have a very old Nokia 5230 and it's really not a bad phone, quite fast but the touch screen can be rather non-reactive.
Anyways, I am now interested in C7, my friend has a N900 (Mini) and it's extremely laggy (especially when txting or when answering a phone) Hence I am always very concerned with Nokia's built in memory.
So I seek opinion on whether C7 is laggy and if the touch screen is generally reactive (kinda like Iphone perhaps?)

Yes mate even i hav the same problem wherein the dust has entered between the glass and the display....visited NCC they sd they wil hav to send it to HQ which wil take atleast 10days so preffered keepin the way it is til theres any news abt new tint free displays to get both work done together

thanks for the tips guys...you're right maverick, I'm using lightctrl and when I mentioned a FEW hours of gaming, its about 3+ hours.LOL. I'm gonna try to set the brightness to 50% and disable the lightctrl and see what happens.
I'm heavily addicted with angry birds too.LOL.(completed all 3 stars and all bananas and pineapples in rio. hahaha. can't wait for the update on that..now, I'm trying to get all 3 stars in Ham 'Em High as I've completed all the previous levels too.)
Any idea when will Popcap develop Plants vs. Zombies for symbian^3? BADA has it already. :(

guys i have a problem when visiting facebook through the default web browser..it always show opening source secured connection and it will not proceed to my facebook home..help me please..maverick maybe? (please don't suggest me to use opera or uc and even the social..don't want those..)
i tired clearing the cache and everything before doing the login but same thing happens...

normally excellent phone but in dork condition display go to low due to ambient light sensor automatically Nokia should make this optional use

It's true that they consume less electricity when showing dark or black colors, because pixels emit little light or no light at all, but when showing very bright or white colors they consume 2-3 times more than an LCD.
No wonder most of nokia's preloaded background pictures are taken at night or at sunset.

HIMANSHU08, 27 Apr 2011does nokia c7 suppourt fring vide calling and skype video calling? how is its quality of vide... moreFring is, as far as I know, the only app supporting video calls over 3G on the C7. I've tried it and my results are mixed, the video is ok but sometimes choppy over 3G, seems a little better over wifi. I've uninstalled mine though, cos it has an irritating habit of wanting to log on as soon as I've rebooted my phone, which I couldnt seem to fix.
