dave, 26 Jan 2011thanks a million WHY. i actually don't have the 5800 but i know it has the hand writing recogn... moreyes..the c7 supports the swype text input..you can download it easily from ovi for free...i haven't tried the swype yet but i'm 100 percent sure it works on c7 because it is one of the most recommended application for c7 on ovi..
before i had so many doubts on c7...many people were complaining...i took the risk and it paid off big..cos i'm loving every feature of my c7...never hang or restart at all..i have the mahogany brown one..it's so classy..the phone is so responsive eventhough the plastic cover is still on screen,i haven't remove the plastic on my unit yet.lol

why, 26 Jan 2011texting is good...it's accurate,i'm using t9 input when texting...but i'm using the qwerty one... morethanks a million WHY. i actually don't have the 5800 but i know it has the hand writing recognition plus it comes with a bunch of accessories like the video cable or the stand nice headphones etc... the c7 should include more stuff is more expensive and high end right? 1 more question i forgot before. what about swipe text in c7 does it have it? seems to be like hand writing or sort of. i did really wanted an android phone with a physical keyboard but there is almost none with front facing camera out there yet. not very popular i guess,i was checking the motorola QUENCH XT5 that runs android 2.1 and is sort of affordable,but i really like this baby also with the metal brown color. i'm gonna get me 1 of the 2 no matter what in the next 2 weeks and the other by next christmas i have to have both before the world ends in 2012. thanks again WHY i know you will be kind enough again to help me. since you already have the phone. good luck every1.

dave, 26 Jan 2011can some 1 please tell me about the typing or texting experience is in this phone. is it accur... moretexting is really accurate..the haptic feedback is superb...even if it's in the lowest level...i'm a huge texter so trust me...c7 is great..love my c7...can't live without it...!

Karim , 23 Jan 2011Camera quality C7 8MP Camera Or X10 8MP Camera ? Satio 12MP Camera Or N8 12MP Camera ? ... more8mp prefer to xperia x10 but 12mp prefer to nokia n8...why n8...check the quality pictures from both phone for urself...

Just bought it this evening..
Awesome phone.
The touch screen is superb, having AMOLED display.
Nice and handy device..
Cool looks.
Absolute stunner.
I'm quite happy with the OS and the design.
As for the camera, guys, stop bashing the fixed focus thing. It's quite good actually and HD recording is marvellous.
All in all, it's quite a nice package from Nokia.
NOKIA ROCKS !!!
