It seems Nokia has lost touch with the market place or the emerging requirements of the new customers in India. No wonder their market share has shrunk steeply and I pray that it nosedives.
Reasons:No dual SIMs in high-end models, only VGA cameras,no auto focus and outdated OS,and the top management does not seem to have any proactive approach or culture of quick response to the fast changing needs of the customers, who hate to wait inordinately! After waiting for over 2 months, I have purchased a dual SIM full-slider qwerty key pad model of another very competitive brand and I am quite happy.NOKIA,listen very carefully:change your ways of doing business in India, else,we are ready to show you the WAY OUT!!
In this era of DUAL SIM,it seems to be absent and sometimes that decisive for some.BTW,what is the INR Price?
Anonymous, 12 Oct 2010no autofoucus means stupid for 8 MPx camerathe company must go for more colors of C7 and add a feature of autofocus with less shutter speed.
In netherlands the C7 costs 429 euro and the N8 499 euro.
So this phone is a lot cheaper and is almost identical to the n8. But its thinner and has an easy to remove battery. Great for when you are traveling and need a spare battery. I think the C7 has the clear black display too
Anonymous, 11 Oct 2010Too expensive to buy (ard 20k in India) when you can get the same features for much less price... morethen go buy other products and stop whining.
btw, don't you ever judge about an OS that you didn't use.
i saw the video of this phone on youtube, in there the guy was pinch zooming but on gsmarena Specification they didnt write about multi touch screen
I just love Nokia's marketing.
Check out this video about he C7:
