Symbian^3, better QWERTY keyboard (with more space, unlike C6-00, which its keys only have very narrow spaces between), touchscreen! Yay!

If it didn't have a keyboard, it would be the exact same device as the c7 only with a smaller screen and a different shell!

I still find it hard to... moreYour observation about all s^3 devices having the same or more ram n processor seems credible except that this forum is that of the c7 n not the c6-01, but still taking this as a comment for the c6-01, the thing that I find really absurd is the naming wherein this is supposed to be only a minor improvement over the c6-00, but as per ur comment the ram n processor will be better, so will the cam n the os, so that's no minor upgrade!

I still find it hard to believe that the c601 wouldn't have a hardware keyboard. If it won't , then why is it called the c6 01? It won't make any sense like you pointed out. The same device in a different body.
I expect the c6 01 to have a hardware qwerty, a 3.2inch non amoled screen and the rest be same.

If the C6-01 has no keyboard, n the same processor n ram as the C7, there might be no difference between the 2 mobiles except for the body!

Anonymous, 01 Sep 2010CAPACITIVE Screen can now use with stylus.... look at nokia N8 ... it is possible.. everything... moreit uses a capacitive stylus not just an ordinary stylus!!!!! so if u are going to use a pointed thing it wont work, capacitive screen uses ur natural body's alectricty.......the capacitive pen is made by nokia but can be used with other capacitive devices

Hi there!
This phone is not a rumor anymore. I work for three (uk) and we are getting it this month. Its confirmed 100% Im not interested in this handset but many people will probably try to get it so waiting is over.

In Capactive you will be touching the glass surface, whereas in resistive you will be touching a kind of plastic material(Like in 5800,5233 etc)....
