I owned this phone from 2010 to 2013.
ABSOLUTELY LOVED this beast!
The Screen Size, Performance, Battery Life was great for its time.
The camera quality wasn't that good though. Every other feature and spec was great!

Nokia E52 is a great device. I still use it in 2024. It can still watch youtube (well, I can mod it) and use facebook. With a 32GB memory card, I can play games weighing several GB, emulate Playstation, N-gage 2.0, Gameboy Advance, SNES, NES,.... what an unforgettable time!

I was shocked when I switched to smartphones after using Nokia E52 for many years. Innovation they say. Ultra pro plus CPU, ultra pro plus camera, ultra pro plus display, but a simple navigation app with all these features they cannot provide. I planned my holiday trips with this phone by saving checkpoints on the map. I had the whole world map in a phone small as shit and today I have an S22 Ultra with 6.8" display and exynos 2200 but only some shitty, espionage, online alphabet/google maps and some shitty herewego, which was a great offline navigation app until the UI and features were destroyed by the developers about one or two years ago. Shame on herewego for being the successor to nokia/ovi maps!

I've been using this phone for about half a year as a music player and Java gaming device, it's almost perfect, only issue is that dust easily gets under the screen lens.

Also install LonelyCatGames’ email app and you’ll be able to access Gmail yahoo hotmail or Outlook.com email accounts.

Breadcrumbs! Allowed you to set your starting point and freely go about your way. If lost you can set the map to revert back to where you started. Incredibly great feature that right now maps on iPhone 14 Pro still doesn’t have.
I too loved the downloadable maps by city, province/state, country and global to microSD card which was usable on other S60 2nd or 3rd edition devices. S60 was worlds more powerful than Windows Smartphone or PocketPC editions which it competed with with barely any real competition by Nokia in North or South America. Microsoft used their might in Western Europe as well. Since S60 was difficult to code for it was its own demise yet imagine how powerful it could’ve been on todays 4-8 core CPU’s with ML sub-chips today!!

Nokia E52, my favourite phone so far. Best pre-installed navigation system ever, it has almost the whole world for offline navigation, you can save favourite palces, you can add checkpoints in your route and the road signs you have to follow are displayed on the screen. There is no alternative navigation system offering this level of features for free.
