im planning to buy a new phone that has.. wifi.. i dont know wat is the best e63 or e52.. i really need your answer.. ill be buying this phone this friday.. jan.8,2010...
im on hurry.. about reading the feedback of these two phones.. i see that e63 have low problem error.. but e52 has its error too.. more on restarting.. wats the best.. e52 or e63.. please do reply..
These units that are causing so much problems are EARLY UNITS of the First Batch and Nokia is still testing the consumer defects that are found. That is the WISDOM behind not rushing in to buy the NEWEST units but to wait for the later batches that will have STABLE SOFTWARE and better build quality.
SO wait until the newer units arrive with all defects corrected already.
Personally I love this phone because of its awesome battery life and slim profile, imagine having a thin ipod like phone in your front pocket listening to MP3 music. But I am willing to wait until the dust has settled and the phone software problems have been eliminated.
im from Pakistan, and i want to share something with you guys.i had the phone for about 1 month now and i have installed so many applications on it and consumes almost 600 mb of space but it works well despite of 2 time restart in one month but thats fine with me nothing worse happened.i Bought it for the features and the battery life which is amazing! only setback is the volume level is not loud enough though otherwise it's a fantastic phone!keypad is very good.very nice build and dimensions.i continously using edge on it and battery last for 3 days.color is silver gray.i just want to know that should i update my phone or just stick with this firmware?

Bart, 02 Jan 2010MD - the black E52 is available in Singapore. You can buy it on the internet from anywhere as ... moreI don't know where you got your information from. There is no global warranty according to Nokia.
I purchased mine from a Singaporean online retailer in September 2009. Died after 1 month, Nokia Australia told me to send it back to Singapore for repair which I did in late October. Still waiting for it to come back.
Get your facts straight.

sim, 05 Jan 2010 i had a 6300, it doesnt match the 6300 - nit ots good. To SIM:
Thank you for your opinion.
So far the 6300 has the most comfortable button press feedback.
GSMArena praised the legendary 6230 (s40) saying that typing errors are unlikely...and GSMArena also praised the E51's (s60) keypad.
Based on the 6300's review GSMArena didn't seem to like the keypad as much as the 6230 and E51. This is what they had to say about the 6300's keypad:
"The keys alone are big enough, respond surely to pressing, accompanied by a quiet click. Typing becomes comfortable once you get used to the vague touch feedback. The keys are made of silver plastic material; however, their footing to the base could have been better."
Regards of their saying...I honestly find the 6300's keypad to be the best of all the Nokias I have used. I would give the 6230 second best.
It will be interesting to see how the E52 fairs in comparison to the aforementioned phones.
jigsaw, 05 Jan 2010and one more thing i like to mention is that...nokia fp2 version phones are damn gud (n78,n79,... moreTo JIGSAW:
E52 is 3rd edition FP2 (s60v3.2). Only touch screen phones are 5th edition.

2. APAC2To BUDINGYUN:
Strange of you to tell me that. Normally the label would say something like 'Made in Finland', Made in Hungary, Made in Germany, Made in Korea, Made by Nokia etc.
Both E52 label only says APAC ?
received one of this as an upgrade to my E51,although the phone came faulty (it wouldn't get gsm signal, only 3G) it seemed a very good phone.
Conversation volume/quality is very very good, music too, good software..email client is better than the e51 one.
Can't wait to have it again..
