Dee Kay, 28 Oct 2009I miss my Nokia 6300. Simple fuzz free no nonsense phoneplease go get yourself another 6300 and leave this be for e52 users...
I've had my E52 for 3 weeks. The phone freezes up on me at least 4 times. Removed the battery and re insert it to get it going again. I also get a lot of "sim card registration failed" whenever I switched on the phone.
Original_Jamaican, 26 Oct 2009To TRF: I was just asking if anybody encounters any heating problems with E52. Reason be... moreWell i'm using e52 for abt a month or so, nv face overheat problem like u mention, well i'm a heavy user, 4hr of wifi, abt 60mins of calls and 3hr of gaming per day, didn't recall any overheat problem till nw thou.
Had mine for 2 months now.. sad to say im disappointed.
Nokia has to come up with software updates and fast. The phone has too many irritating bugs to mention. Mine for example will not function on speaker mode but hardware is fine because the voice recorded works! Also dismal stability when operating multiple apps, it freezes.. sigh.. also was a nokia user.. positives are few- great battery life, nice thin design, good tactile feedback on keypads.. But just user unfriendly. I miss the old nokias for their ease of use. If nokia does not come out with an update soon, then il have to sell it back to the shop.
so i haye the e52 for over a month it is a great phone super fast even with a 8gb↲how could i tell if it was made in finland or not?↲it says so but how to make sure? Help plz
allright i have read every type of comment on this phone good and bad. Can somebody tell me after the software update should i buy this phone?
I use e52 hardly about 20 days. Mine phone made in Finland. Very good phone, thin and beautiful. Nothing wrong happened yet..I install 8 gb memory card. For good looking I install also Pizero's SAND themes..

Anonymous, 25 Oct 2009Hi. I reading the review bulletin im confused if E51 is better or E52. I am from India. Thanks Hi Indian,
E52 has GPS, E51 hasn't. It is the difference. Also see the camera specification. E51 is stronger - it is tested. Good luck!
Received the faulty handset back from Nokia Australia unrepaired. They say it is "uneconomical to repair" and "return to country of origin for replacement". Seriously , this is the worst service ever!
If notebook manufactures can offer international warranty then "mobile" phone companies should be perfectly capable of doing the same!
Never buying Nokia again. WORST PHONE EVER!!

I was just asking if anybody encounters any heating problems with E52.
Reason be... moreoh sorry if it sounded wrong. ^_^
But yeah, the E52 is really cool to the touch. honest.
that's probably the weirdest complaint I've heard yet, cuz if you've recalled the first thing I noted when I got my phone was that it's really really cool to the touch.
motos, samsungs and the iPhones you can really feel the heat when you use it for more than 30 minutes.
yup, I've felt some warmth during initial charging but after 10 minutes it cools down during the charge. might be because my room is also cool.
But using the phone outside also has not heating problem and it's hot these days.
And the only phone i know that gets so hot you can't hold it is the iPhone.
Next to that are old IBM laptops. you can fry an egg on those things!
Oh and for the charging, usually it takes me 2 hours or something. 2 1/2 maybe.
Maybe somebody here can give you a more accurate test.
Hi. I bought my e52 in august and after 1 month and a half it died. Since 1 october it went dead 3 times. I sent it to service and still no result(they only upgraded or changed the software). I am a Nokia fun but this phone sucks (worst phone ever). I asked for my money cause i don't want another e52
