I am predicting that the NOKIA E6 will make a new world record in sales numbers and will bring NOKIA back in the race against Apple and Android and will crush all competition .
The E6 has a beautiful design. Its not boring like most Blackberry's when it come to design. Have nay of you ever used Symbian Anna? How do you know its outdated? I am guessing your answer will be 'no'. So stop judging and assuming things and wait until it is release then you can voice your opinion. As you you haters and ex-Nokia fans if you don't like Nokia then don't comment. Still to whatever OS you are using now. Nobody cares if you do not like Nokia. Its not outdated and this phone isn't either.I think this is a great addition to the E series business phones.
I love my E71, even though its 3 years old. Never missed a beat, never crashed. the best phone ever, except camera focussing lark. I hope this comes out soon, ill sure be looking for it.
I'm going to sell my E72 for this! I wonder, though, if it really has no flash lite or gsmarena just hasn't put it in its specs.
lot's of empty space - they could easily fit another row of keys.
hey gsmarena kindly correct your specs apge
it has a capacitive touchscreeen LCD and not TFT
it has Corning Gorilla glass
The 8-megapixel full focus (EDOF) camera has a dual-LED flash, 2X digital zoom (3X in video mode) and offers HD 720p video recording at 25fps.
Bundled software includes QuickOffice, World Traveler, JoikuSpot Premium and F-Secure Mobile Security.
Theres also support for USB On-The-Go and AV-out for connecting to a television or headphones.
I was wrong on my previous comment, I thought it doesn't have a compass, but it looks like GsmArena hasn't added this feature in the specs section yet.
Happy Nokia user.
I can maybe bare with the fixed focus function, but without a digital compass? I have to be carrying 2 phones whenever this becomes available, this and my current E72 for lacking the digital compass & autofocus, It's not that I'll dump Symbian, I just love it.
This is what I've been waiting for, a new business oreinted smartphone the will fill the shoes of E71 & E72. The specifications along with the fact this uses the new Symbian Anna, is exactly what Nokia needs to rival RIM's best, and with RIM's soon to be released Blackberry Bold 9930 Touch with impressive spec's itself and a revised OS 6.1, this is likely to continue the long and strong rivalary between the best know business smartphones.
I need an updated Flash Player for todays mobile needs, also this all new Symbian browser, larger ROM, bigger processor plus all the clever and reliable apps ie. Quick Office Nokia users come to count on, is going to please most loyal Nokia users just as it I'm sure wil snap up some former RIM device owners. This is good news for Nokia and for me I get to keep my physical Quwerty keyboard...Yay!
I think this is going to be my next phone (currently using E5). Thanks to Nokia for keeping the secondary front camera (yes, I use it quite often).
