only complaint i have about this phone is that when you turn it off (while you sleep or something) and then turn it back on it takes about half an hour until you receive messages that were sent to you while your phone was off. every other phone i used before receives messages two minutes after you turn it on. i dont know if anyone else has this problem. besides that i would rate it 10/10
i think i like that kind of calculator.. its so unique heheheh ohhh i see its cellphone hehehehhe
This is teh best in class of smartphones better than "BLACKBERRY".
It has got all the features and also comes cheap , but dont know why NOKIA gave integrated GPS a miss for this phone.
I have one and am more than satisfied :-)
yes you can use other browser, get opra mini. as for yahoo messenger get "fring" which can incorporate msn messenger, yahoo messenger, AIM, skype, and icq. you can open and edit excel and word etc with the free quickoffice it comes with. you can upgrade the quick office (have to pay for it)to a version with more functions. i've had phone for 2 weeks now and it's still great. battery life at least 2 days and that's with abusing gprs and wi fi. i would assume wifi sucks less battery than gprs.
I don't know but is it possible to download another browser as it seems the browser not functioning well with some wifi networks
Who wants that ??? It looks like a calculator anyway! U look real cholo with that one, believe me. That phone in ur hand and u just look like Edwin!!!
i like this fhone and i am going to buy it this nokia model is greater than all mobile fones p.s sorry if i wrote this post with mistakes:)
Tarek, 01 Jul 2008fantastic and practical phone
I currently have an HTC 3400 and want to move to a Nokia E61i, what is the battery life on this phone and is it user friendly .
Fadioz, 30 Jun 2008I have been using this baby for quite some time and I think its the best phone for you if you ... morehi, i just wanna know if i can open MS word, excel docs in this fone? and is yahoo messenger supported by this fone?
I brought this phone on january.. It's great and I didn't face any problems with it except the screen. It's very sensetive!! Now my mobile's screen is broken and I have to pay $70 to fix it!!
i am looking forward to buy this phone...just wan to know that can it handle office applications and other stuff without getting slow or hanging??
I have been using the E61i for a while;now the other day i did a phone memmory back of all my sms's ,on trying to retrieve them back has all been in vain.Could some one bail me out.
This is possibly the worst phone I have ever used. The number of keystrokes needed to get around the menu is ridiculous. After a BlackBerry it is pre-historic and if my IT department had not forced it on me (for cost reasons) it would have been in the bin by now.
Slow, cumbersome, difficult to use - avoid if you can
I have been using this baby for quite some time and I think its the best phone for you if you want to browse internet or use office applications...so much better than wiindows based sets!
